Name, email or mobile number, profile photo, verification status, role, and account timestamps. Used to register, authenticate, secure, and support your account.
Course access, lesson progress, study plans, mock-test attempts, answers, scores, mistakes, quiz activity, and live-class participation. Used to deliver learning services and show your progress.
Enrollment details, product access, payment proof, UTR or payment reference, invoices, and wallet transactions. Used to verify purchases, issue access and invoices, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Support requests, notifications, optional WhatsApp delivery history, session IP address, browser or device details, and push-notification tokens. Used for support, security, service notices, and communications you choose.
PMLT limits processing to data reasonably needed for these stated purposes. Optional WhatsApp learning updates require a separate affirmative choice and can be withdrawn from Profile.
PMLT may use contracted service providers for cloud hosting, database storage, file storage, email and SMS verification, WhatsApp delivery, push notifications, payment processing, analytics needed to operate the service, and customer support. Providers may process only the data required for their service and under PMLT's instructions. Data may also be disclosed when required by Indian law, to protect users, or to investigate fraud and security incidents. PMLT does not sell personal data.
Account and learning data is retained while your account is active and then only as long as needed for the stated purpose, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or establishment of legal claims.
Expired OTPs and temporary authentication records should be removed on operational schedules. Payment and invoice records may be retained for periods required by tax, accounting, banking, and fraud-prevention laws even after account deletion.
PMLT uses access controls, authentication, encrypted transport, restricted administrative access, backups, and service-provider safeguards. No internet system can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected misuse immediately using the grievance contact above.
Self-service registration is for users who confirm they are 18 or older. A person under 18 must not create an account without contacting PMLT and completing an approved parent or lawful guardian verification process. PMLT does not use children's data for behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising.
Material changes will be communicated through the website, app, email, or another effective channel before they apply where required. Contact PMLT if you need help understanding this notice in another Indian language or need an accessible format.
