Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may abandon a checkout before payment. No cancellation request is needed when no money was debited.

If Razorpay shows a successful debit but access does not appear, keep the gateway payment reference and contact PMLT so the captured payment can be reconciled.

PMLT will review a refund request when there is a duplicate payment, payment for the wrong product before access is used, an amount debited without corresponding PMLT access, or a material technical failure that prevents use of purchased content and cannot be corrected within a reasonable period.

Any refund required by applicable Indian consumer law remains available regardless of this policy.

Because courses, e-books, downloads, and mock tests are digital products, a change of mind is normally not refundable after access has been approved and the content has been opened, downloaded, viewed, or attempted.

PMLT may deny requests involving substantial course consumption, an opened or downloaded e-book, an attempted mock test, account sharing, a payment reversal, or a breach of the Terms and Conditions.

Include the account name, registered email or phone number, product name, amount, payment date, UTR or gateway reference, and reason. Do not send a UPI PIN, OTP, card PIN, CVV, or banking password.

PMLT aims to acknowledge a complete request within 2 business days. Additional payment or usage verification may be required before a decision.

An approved refund is returned to the original payment source where available. Processing commonly takes 5-10 business days after approval, but the bank or payment provider may take longer. Gateway fees or taxes will be handled according to applicable law and provider rules.

If PMLT permanently withdraws paid content without providing a reasonable replacement, affected learners may receive a proportionate or full refund based on unused access and applicable law.

PMLT may cancel fraudulent, duplicate, reversed, or unauthorized transactions. Access may be removed when the related payment is reversed.

If you disagree with a refund decision, reply with the request reference and supporting information. PMLT will perform a second review. This process does not limit any statutory consumer remedy.
