PMLT is operated by Progressive Medical Laboratory Technology, Krishnapur, Samarpally, Kestopur, Kolkata, West Bengal 700102, India.

By creating an account, purchasing access, or using PMLT, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Self-service accounts are intended for users aged 18 or older. Users under 18 must contact PMLT and complete any required parent or lawful guardian process before creating an account.

You must provide accurate information, keep login credentials private, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by PMLT's own failure.

PMLT supplies digital learning material for medical laboratory education and examination preparation. Course pages describe the content included in each purchase.

PMLT content is educational. It is not patient-specific medical advice, a substitute for supervised clinical training, or a guarantee of admission, examination results, employment, registration, or professional recognition. Recognition and eligibility depend on the relevant institution, employer, university, council, or authority.

The price shown on the relevant course, e-book, or mock-test page at checkout is the applicable price, unless an obvious display error is identified before access is granted. Prices are shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise.

Paid purchases are processed by Razorpay. Access begins automatically after PMLT verifies the payment signature, product, amount, and captured status. Never share a UPI PIN, OTP, card PIN, CVV, or banking password with PMLT.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

A purchase grants the named account holder a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the purchased digital content for the access period shown with the product.

You must not share accounts, passwords, files, recordings, screenshots, questions, answer keys, download links, or protected content. Copying, selling, publishing, scraping, bypassing access controls, or using the content to train another service is prohibited unless PMLT gives written permission.

PMLT may correct errors, update teaching material, replace outdated lessons, perform maintenance, and make reasonable changes that preserve the purchased product's core educational purpose.

Temporary interruption may occur because of maintenance, network failure, device compatibility, security work, or events beyond reasonable control. Contact support if purchased content remains unavailable.

PMLT may restrict or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, payment reversal, unauthorized sharing, abuse, security risk, or a serious breach of these terms. Where appropriate, PMLT will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

You may stop using PMLT at any time and may request account erasure through Profile, subject to records PMLT must retain for lawful purposes.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, PMLT is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse of the service, third-party networks, or decisions made solely from educational content.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Kolkata, West Bengal will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer dispute-resolution rights.

PMLT may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel before they take effect where required.
